If something's broken, make a real solution, not more inconviences for hour employees.Ĭontrastingly, if something's not broken, don't try to fix it. Take responsibility and be the leaders you were hired to be. The 'we're new' excuse gets old and only works so often.
The managing company has had time to figure things out beforehand and even if they had not had all the answers, that is not the employee's fault. The earliest of the employees have been on for over a year now and this has been planned for decades. Not too far behind is the excuse 'we're new'. For every mistake management makes, there's the collateral the employees have to make up for in the form of policy's or rules and restrictions that are absolutely disrespectful and unfair to the workers. That being said there's no accountability for poor management or mistakes. The people running the show upstairs are nice, maybe even purely well attentioned for the most part. Great team members and a very beautiful place to work.
